Please join us for Hubbard’s Annual Shop Small Hubbard SPRING FLING! The streets will be buzzing with locals, food, pop-up tents & the doors to many of our amazing small businesses, shops & restaurants will be welcoming you all to partake in Spring Deals & Give-a-Ways.
Create this adorable little bird using only wool and a felting needle – and a bit of embroidery floss. Some prior needle felting experience recommended, but not required if you are adventurous! Ages 13+ recommended as we will be working with sharp objects.
$20 per person. Includes fiber, needle, and foam.
You can choose to pay the full amount at time of registration or a 50% deposit with the remainder paid upon arrival.
This class is an introduction to crochet for the total newbie. We’ll cover the basics including starting your project (chain), a single crochet, and a double crochet if time allows.
No registration necessary.
Class time approximately 1.5 hours.
Appropriate for students ages 12 and up.

This is just a good old Stitch ‘n Bitch plus food! I’ll make the soup and you can bring something to share if you like. You can knit, crochet, weave, spin – whatever you enjoy doing. Learn something new! Try out the wheels or looms in the studio. Share ideas. Bring friends. Spend an evening with like-minded, craft-oriented folks and maybe get a few rows done on your project!
Getting bigger and better every year, the Great Lakes Fiber Show runs from 10am–5pm on Saturday and 10am–4pm on Sunday, bringing your favorite vendors and activities for two days of fun.With over 100 vendors signed up to sell their products at the Show, the always-popular workshops are starting to take shape!
