Workshops require pre-payment to reserve your spot, unless otherwise noted as “drop-in”. Class size is limited. Refunds available if you cancel 7 days before the class or fee can be held for another workshop. No-shows do not receive any refund or credit.


MINI WEAVING SESSION

Saturday, January 25 @ 12:00 pm

The perfect introduction to weaving! We’ll be playing with lots of different types of materials including yarn, fiber, twine, and fabric. You will have the opportunity to work independently or follow design guidelines set by the instructor. Maximum size of piece approximately 6 inches x 8.5 inches. Class time 2-3 hours.

A note about kids: Ages 13+ should be able to work independently, but it is recommended that younger children work with an adult. If you want to bring a little person, consider sharing one kit.

Includes use of loom and weaving materials. Students will leave with finished piece. Any who wish to do so can purchase a loom at 15% off retail price.

DROP-IN BEGINNER CROCHET

Start the new decade off with a new hobby! This introductory CROCHET class will get you started with chaining, single crochet, and double crochet. This isn’t about making something, it’s about setting up the foundation for future projects.

Registration is not required, but encouraged to secure your space. All supplies included. No need to bring anything other than your open mind and willing hands. Recommended ages 10 and up.

NEEDLE-FELTING : FOX

A great introduction to needle-felting! We just take loose wool fibers and stab away to create this adorable tiny FOX. All supplies and tools included. No prior fiber or yarn experience necessary.

Recommended ages 12 and up.
Remember, class size is limited and a paid reservation is REQUIRED.

INITIAL PUNCH

Ready to try the newest returning craft craze? Punch Needle may have origins in the 19th century, but with new materials and designs, it fits right into our modern sensibilities. This “initial” punch project covers all the basics for beginners. Experiment with various weights of yarn and sizes of punch.

Students will leave with semi-completed piece. Finishing the edges will be your responsibility, but we will cover various options. $35 per person , includes use of punch tool, hoop, and assorted yarn. If you wish to purchase materials for further punching, supplies will be available at 15% off retail.

PAID RESERVATION IS REQUIRED. Class time approximately 3 to 3.5 hours.
